Today’s seminar was quite an eye-opener for me, good learning experience. Please do put me on your mailing list and keep me informed whenever you have more such seminars. Also I was curious to know if you have any such seminars for senior citizens, and also for children, or any other type of group?

Yeah! we train all the jumping hehe. We train at Madhavan Park Stadium on alternate Saturdays. The fees is Rs 1000 per month for instruction. No fees for running! Call me to know which saturdays we’re on. 9845396360
