Varmakalai Level 1 Workshop 15th Oct 2011

Ahsan Dr K Kannan and Ajit Sigamani  fr0m Combat Kinetics Chennai will be conducting the level 1 workshop.

Ajit will open with a brief oral introduction to Adi Murai and Varmakalai and will also do a small segment on the universal basics of hand to hand combat.

Ahsan will be Taking a class on traditional Adi Murai, Ajit will be assisting him in demonstrating proper form and technique as well as real world application for:

• Basic strikes and blocks
• joint manipulation
• Centers
• Flow Drills
• Yoga exercises

We  close with some light, fun sparring and a question and answer session.

11am to 4pm on Oct 15th 2011 at Shootfighters MMA Gym Koramangala

Cost: Rs 1500 for Shootfighters MMA Gym members and Rs 2000 for anyone else
