Is it boring to Manage Weight???

I’ve had my own weight problems, I tried various methods to managed it, only to find that it came back instantly and it was irritating for me for a long long time, since I discovered this.
Although you would already know that Stress makes one fat, keep reading to get a better understanding on the impact of Psychology on Physiology.
Stress:
If you watch with awareness, stress is caused by a false perception of oneself, this false perception usually is caused by systemic abuse of one’s mental faculties, more on this at a later post.
How does the body responds to stress?
To understand this better; know the two types of stress,
a) Destructive Stress:
Destructive stress is caused when one feels low about themselves. People with destructive stress always seem to think that they have achieved much less than what they are supposed to, they usually seem to have no clue on what must be done to overcome their shortcomings.
keywords (Unable to take or think a task to completion, Unable to predict a time for task completion, Unable to finish a task on time and more…)
b) Constructive Stress:
Constructive Stress is caused when one feels too good about themselves. People with constructive stress always seem to think, they have a long long way to go and are always committed to planning and sticking to their plans.
keywords (Unable to relax, overexhaustion, overcommitment, fault intolerance)
Usually a long period of constructive stress will lead to destructive stress in a person.
Some thoughts:
People with Destructive Stress will gain a lot of weight, while people with Constructive Stress will struggle to gain weight.
Stress of any form is destructive.
As far as I know, people have subconsciously registered within their minds that stress will cause them to become better, by watching various stupid movies probably
It is true that a living organism mutates upon stress, but to have a positive mutation, the stress has to applied gradually and consistently, too fast application of stress will break the organism and too slow application of stress may cause only negligible mutation. ex: Kick Boxers, gradual and consistent application of stress makes the body strong and agile (a form of mutation indeed).
Some thoughts on not absorbing Unnecessary Fat:
If all the food that one eats gets absorbed by the body then there should be no output the next morning.
a) Stop counting calories, this is silent subconscious stress one has applied on themselves by listening to half-baked studies.
b) Stop fearing that you will get fat, this idea in itself is a sub-conscious stress.
c) “If I got fat in the past, I will be fat/fatterin the future”, this idea in itself is a sub-conscious stress.
Some thoughts on how to overcome this:
Say to urself, by keeping your hand on the tummy and closing your eyes,
“I leave it to my body to take whatever nourishment it wants and leave the rest” and breathe out.
If you have a tummy and have a lower back pain, it is probably caused because of subconsciously tucking the tummy always, just flaunt your tummy, say to urself that “This is my tummy, it will go away soon”, you can see that after saying this, you will be able to do a 100 crunches with no physical pain, I’m serious
Tip: Stress goes away by acceptance.
The statements I asked you to say to urself are the truth, accept the truth and your body will be stress free.
On Chanting:
Keep saying this again and again, as Bharathiyar, a Tamil Poet says, “Mandhiram Valimai”, which means chanting gives the strength, but don’t stress yourself saying this
Some thoughts on application of stress in KB classes:
Although one can come to training and apply a lot of stress, expect great results only by gradual and consistent application of stress.
PS:
One may get fat by merely eating and no stress too, but losing fat when one has no stress is so easy, I can lose weight by the hour, I don’t need a stupid schedule for weight loss
