Shootfighters Summer School of Martial Arts
Summer is here! The school year ends, and its time out from the million books, homeworks and endless class notes. So what is the plan for the year end vacations? Well, here is a plan. Independent Shootfighters Inc brings in a Summer School of Martial Arts. For the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years, respectively.
The pre-teen and teen ages are the most impacting years of a child’s life. Apart, from being a part of the academic race, it is very important that a child gets a mind and psyche that is completely strong. Martial arts works on 360 degree angle, if you need to be strong physically, then you need to make your mind strong.
In these younger years, martial arts helps in developing an innate sense of responsibility, respect for fellow human beings, a sharper mind that understands and analyses situations faster and easier, problem-solving skills and the required peace of mind- which, is very important for the pre-teen and teenage years.
Martial arts helps the youngsters to develop a sense of focussed attention. It helps them understand priorities, therefore helping them prioritize and focus their attention on different activities accordingly. Martial arts also helps increase their power of concentration.
Along with the mind, Martial arts also develops a fit and agile body. Our curriculum would include martial arts like Brazilian Jiujitsu, Kickboxing, which along with working on different parts of the body, helps children develop a deep understanding of how the human body functions and works. The course also provides the child with the much needed physical activity and exercise, therefore helping them develop good body coordination and strength.
