AES!!

Enthusiasm from students in any kind of class has numerous advantages, more so in a martial arts class. Just by putting in that extra effort and energy during practice can do wonders. Punching, kicking or doing squats just because you were asked to isn’t going to help you in any way. There needs to be a passion and a purpose to every minute movement in your body! What is equally important is to make sure your coach knows your giving it all you got. For example when asked to do 2 minutes of iron-man don’t give up, keep a target of 3 minutes and you’ll realize 2 minutes is very do-able! When he asks you a question respond with a thundering “aes”!! Giving a good response to your coach not only peps you up and your fellow kickboxers but also your coach! Getting an enthusiastic response from his students in class is any coach’s dream. Once this energy is built up in class the tempo just keeps going up and the results will show in no time!
If this is still not enough to convince you to be more responsive in class then i guess the good old ‘gimme 20 push-ups’ should do the trick!
lol at the last line!
